Joined Centella in 1989
Francis has spent a successful career at Centella, spanning over 35 years. He started his journey in February 1989 as an MR Customer Service Engineer. He leveraged his degree (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) to service and troubleshoot Siemens MRIs. He transitioned to leadership in early 2020, demonstrating a passion for people development and strategic direction. He is currently thriving as the Director of Field Management, a role he has been in since June 2022, leading a dedicated team to achieve organizational goals.
Francis appreciates Centella’s culture of creating a supportive and collaborative environment both internally and externally. Everyone is willing to lend a hand and share their expertise, which fosters a sense of teamwork and helps us all achieve our best.
Beyond work, Francis enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle through cycling and going to the gym. He finds solace in whipping up delicious meals and unwinding with a good movie.
