Project Planning

Hands-On Partnership, From Start to Finish

Our team stewards your project to completion with hands-on partnership, constant communication and attention to detail. We offer site evaluation, site-specific drawings, and complete construction management. No matter what you need, our team is ready to rise to the occasion every step of the way.

Here are the four phases of our Project Planning:

1. Planning & Construction

Your designated site planner will work with you to secure specifications, installation requirements, space allocation, and construction guidelines supported by tools like cut sheets, drawings, and spatial design consultation to be ready for product delivery.

2. Delivery

Not every modality will require a large or complex delivery, but for products like MRI machines, we have the expertise to handle them with care. Our teams work to safely transport and secure products into their correct location so they are ready to be installed.

3. Mechanical Installation

Much like in the delivery process, installation will vary drastically between modalities and can take anywhere from one to several days. Regardless, it is during this stage that we will ensure a product’s safety, power, and overall operational function. In short, this is where we focus on the “nuts and bolts” of securing your new product.

4. Calibration

In the final stage of our process, our incredible engineers ensure your product is set up and running properly. This stage involves a high degree of precision and safety, ensuring the product is ready to be turned over for patient use.
