Katherine Delgado

Katherine is the Director of Growth & Innovation at Centella, where she leads initiatives that drive strategic marketing, business development, and forward-thinking solutions. Before launching Centella’s marketing department, she held several key roles across multiple companies, where she led impactful marketing efforts and built strong brand foundations. Her diverse experience culminated in her appointment as Director of MarCom in January 2023, and she now brings that expertise to spearhead Centella’s growth and innovation strategies.

She believes Centella is the greatest place to work because of its strong internal culture and dedication to customer relationships. 

She holds a Master of Science in Global Strategic Communications. Her interests include traveling, listening to podcasts, working out on the Peloton, and spending time with her husband, son, and their chocolate lab.
