Nupur Talwar

Nupur Talwar is our incredible VP of Talent & Culture. Having worked for Fortune 100 companies such as Philip Morris and Barclays, she has over twenty years of experience in developing and engaging high-performing teams.

Over her career, she has been a key stakeholder in defining corporate culture and implementing strategies to continually evolve, while helping to take companies from good to great. This includes implementing programs to develop leadership, build talent pipelines and succession plans, and streamline daily human resource functions to optimize service delivery and the employee experience.

Nupur holds a Master of Leadership and Adult Learning from Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada. She has worked with international and multinational companies and is multilingual in English and Hindi.
