Chris Oltmann

Chris Oltmann is Director of Field Service at Centella, a Siemens Healthineers Advanced Partner serving healthcare facilities across Florida since 1967. In his role, Chris leads field service operations that partner with and support hospitals and imaging centers as they maintain equipment uptime, reduce service disruptions, and keep critical imaging systems performing reliably.

Chris works closely with field engineers, radiology teams and healthcare operations leaders to support service strategies that protect clinical workflow. His experience gives him direct insight into the operational challenges facilities face when equipment downtime leads to cancelled patients, delayed care, lost revenue, and added pressure on internal teams.

With 25+ years of hands-on field service leadership across complex imaging environments, Chris brings a practical perspective to topics such as imaging repair and installation, maintenance planning, lifecycle support, and service response coordination. His guidance helps healthcare facilities make informed decisions about when to repair or replace imaging components, how to prepare for mobile imaging deployments, and how proactive service planning can support long-term equipment reliability.
